Never Purchase a Dell Server

I purchased a Dell PowerEdge T620 Server, it comes directly with a defected motherbroad, and then Dell apologize but will only willing to replace the defected motherbroad with a refurbished motherbroad. And when we waiting for my engineer to come to replace the montherbroad, they promise to come on July 9th, then they called me on July 10th, saying they will come. Then didn't show up. On the morning of July 11th, the engineering supposed to come for on-site service told me he can't come today, and he may come on July 14th.
